Miley Cyrus is just so crazy and grown up, y'all. The "We Can't Stop" singer, who has been on the media circuit and Internet showing her new, adult side with midriff baring outfits, a single rife with drug references, a wild and sexual music video and booty-shaking twerks, has been spotted acting wild once again.

In a viral photo making its way around the Twittersphere, Cyrus is seen making out with a giant, bizarre looking baby. With red-painted fingernails, a flirty light pink shirt and black sweater, Cyrus is going in for the kill with the grotesque masked figure, seen above.

The photo was reportedly taking at a club in the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles.

Cyrus has been living in the scrutiny of the media her entire life, but things for the starlet have really skyrocketed in the last year. With her new sexy image and engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth, Cyrus is a mainstay in tabloids.

So, the singer has reached out to another former Disney star to take comfort... Britney Spears.

In an interview with Huffington Post UK, the "Hannah Montana" star said Spears, a former Mouseketeer, understands her. "Everyone goes through a time in their life where they don't want their picture taken every day. She never had that time where she could say, 'I'm going through something right now and need to shut down.' I also don't have that, so it's good to have that one person in my life who gets it," said Cyrus.

Cyrus and Spears famously connected via Twitter last month, when Spears told Cyrus how much she loved the video for "We Can't Stop" and asked for twerking lessons. Cyrus, in return, wanted to learn the routine for "I'm A Slave 4 U."
