Jessica Sanchez Covers The Little Mermaid's 'Part Of Your World' For Disney's 'Find Your Voice' Contest [WATCH]

Jessica Sanchez has joined in Disney's Find Your Voice contest, a Little Mermaid-based online singing competition wherein kids can enter their rendition of a song from the 1989 film for a shot at a "VIP experience" that includes a studio recording session with Disney's A&R director and $1000 cash. 

For the contest, Sanchez sang a rendition of "the first song she ever sang," Ariel's ode to see the surface, "Part Of Your World."

"I use my voice everyday" the American Idol alum says in the intro to her video."It gives me the opportunity to express myself."

She then encourages kids around the world to join in the contest and "show the world who you are through song."
