Two outspoken performers who have a pension for meltdowns recently stormed off stage during one of their respective performances this week.

Dave Chappelle recently started his return to stand up with a special comeback tour, but one of the first shows ended with the comedian storming off stage! Apparently Chappelle was fed up with all of the heckling going on during his routine.

He decided to stop his prepared routine, pulled up a chair and just talked to random audience members until his 25 minutes that he was contractually obligated to do were up.

"You are booing yourself," he said before walking off stage. "Go home and look in the mirror and say 'boo' at yourself. At the moment, that's how I feel about you."

He added: "Ah, fuck you, I'm the one that has to get the review in the paper tomorrow. I'm going to have to read about this shit for months."

Apparently not to be outdone by Chappelle, singer-songwriter Fiona Apple also stormed off stage because of her audience this week.

While performing at a special Louis Vuitton event in Tokyo, Apple thought the crowd was too loud. About halfway through her set, she stood on top of her piano and reportedly "challenged everyone to be silent for the duration of a tone she created by striking a small metal bell."

According to Women's Wear Daily: "Apple instructed the audience to "shut the f*ck up" and uttered other expletives, both audibly and under her breath, calling the event's attendees "rude." She continued with her set before shouting, "Predictable! Predictable fashion, what the f*ck?" as she stormed off the stage. The show was punctuated with other bizarre moments, such as when she hit her head with her microphone, did a back bend over her piano bench, and stared intensely at her guitarist as if in a love-struck trance."
