Taylor Swift's most recent interview with Glamour UK has resulted in plenty of newsworthy quotes and rumors. The latest snippet released takes a deeper look into the "I Knew You Were Trouble" songstress' love life and how she pretty much resents her past relationships due to how the world views her.

"Well the way it works, as I've learned recently is if you reach a point in your career where things are going very well, public perception needs a 'Yeah, but'," she explained. "Like, 'Yeah, but she's been on a lotta dates apparently.' 'Yeah, but I hear she's crazy.' I think you'll find it has a lot to do with being a woman," she explained. "And I resent that. That there has to be some downside to your personality or lifestyle if you're a woman and successful. But I'm not gonna say to my guy friends, 'No, I can't go to lunch because people will say we're dating.' I just reject the idea I have to change the way I live my life."

This music video seems fitting for this story:

Swift also discussed some "deal breakers" that she has become aware of in the dating world.

"It does happen though. I've seen my friends take someone back after they've cheated because they fit perfectly," Swift said. "But I don't know, because I've never had a perfect fit with someone."

Taylor also revealed that she feels more at peace now that she's been single for quite some time.

"Right now is easy because I'm single and happy," the singer said. "It's very relaxing."

"Relaxing" is definitely something Swift needs to do these days after wrapping up her North American leg of the "Red" tour and suffering from continuous dating rumors. The "22" songstress was recently linked to actor Brenton Thwaites, but this Glamour UK interview seems to have disproved this dating rumor.
