One Direction's Niall Horan, Tattoo? [PHOTOS]: Irish Heartthrob Finally Gets Inked Like the Rest of His 1D Mates in New Zealand?

Niall Horan has held out for quite some time when it came to getting a tattoo like the rest of his inked-up bandmates in One Direction. Liam Payne has a good amount of body art while Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Zayn Malik appear to be in some sort of competition with each other to see who can accumulate the most. But a new Instagram photo might have revealed Niall's first tattoo!

As you can see, there are a number of arms, one of which is Liam Payne's (you can tell by that feather tattoo) and the others belong to Niall's friend Stephen Devine and One Direction stylist Lou Teasdale, who were tagged. The mystery, nail polish wearing hand belongs to "Gemma" but that just brings up a whole new story involving dating rumors. We're here to focus on the tattoo.

By now you've probably figured out that the New Zealand fern tattoos are in fact fake and that Niall still has zero body art. The temporary tattoos were actually a gift from some New Zealand fans. Here is photo evidence of the temporary tattoos being gifted to the band:

The fan who gave the gift, Renee, recently shared her excitement on twitter:

So it looks like Niall still hasn't joined in on the tattoo obsession that his other bandmates are suffering from. But is it for the better? Louis recently admitted that he doesn't like most of his tattoos.

"To be honest, not many of them actually have any meaning," Tomlinson recently said. "I just like to look at them. I started with a silly stick man. And then I like skateboarding, so that's why I got that one. This 'Oops' is because i didn't like this line here, so I was like, 'Oops!'. I love tea and that's a compass pointing to home."
