All bow down to Lorde. The outspoken 16-year-old New Zealander has topped the Billboard Hot 100 for a third straight week with her music critique "Royals," once again besting industry vets like Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus.

Lorde leads a week of the Billboard Top 10 with no new debuts for the second week in a row, though songs have shuffled places. "Royals" comes in at No. 1 with a rise in radio airplay and streaming, with much help from rock and alternative radio, where she has been peaking for weeks. Lorde is also helped from Digital Sales. "Royals" has topped that chart for a month now, and she moved 293,000 digital downloads this week.

Former Nos. 1 Perry's "Roar" and Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" have swapped places this week, with the "Bangerz" single taking the No. 2 spot from Perry. Likely aided by Cyrus' Saturday Night Live gig last weekend, she rose on the radio charts to No. 9 and topped streaming once again since the release of the controversial music video.

"Roar," meanwhile, slipped to the No. 3 spot. Before Lorde, Perry was queen of the Hot 100 for two weeks.

Avicii's country/EDM bender "Wake Me Up!" holds the No. 4 spot for a second week in a row, followed by Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home," which sits at No. 5 for the second week in a row. Ylvis' parody track "The Fox" also holds steady at No. 6, largely due to its hilarious viral music video. Jay Z and Justin Timberlake's "Holy Grail" also sits in the same spot as last week, relaxing at No. 7.

A big ol' switcheroo happened this week, as Lady Gaga's first "Artpop" single "Applause" hits No. 8 and Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" (which previously topped the Hot 100 for 12 weeks) fell to No. 9.

As last week, Lana Del Rey's "Summertime Sadness" rounds out the top 10.

It's certainly not the most exciting week on the Hot 100. Will Britney Spears or Eminem make it into the top 10 next week? Will "Blurred Lines" finally leave? Only time will surely tell!
