Ariana Grande has clearly been turning heads with her music, garnering a growing amount of success and attention. In fact, other pop stars are taking notice! Katy Perry recently spoke about the "Baby I" singer, expressing her admiration for the young artist and her hopes for her future.

"I love her. I think she has the best female vocal in pop music today," Katy said in an interview on Sirius XM. "She has literally the best voice, the best voice live. She kills it. She's so good."

This is high praise from the "Roar" songstress who is also known for her great live performances.

Perry went on to talk about meeting Ariana and offering the young singer some advice and help with her future in the industry.

She said: "I got to hang out with her and listen to her record before it came out because I wanted to reach out to her and be like, 'Hey girl, you're just about to go through a whirlwind. Let me give you some tips if you ever need anything - a hairstylist, makeup artist, whatever'."

Katy added: "And she's the sweetest girl and I just wish her the best."

Ariana has also made headlines recently for dating The Wanted member Nathan Sykes. The two announced their romance over Twitter and have been in the public eye ever since.

"We were still trying to figure it out, we both have really open relationships with our fans so we wanted to tell them when there was something to know because we didn't want them to find out from some outlet or some weird source." Ariana said, regarding the Twitter announcement. "So we just felt like it would be more honest to tell them straight up because if there's something to be said I'd rather it come from me and him and we felt the same way."
