'Fast and Furious 7' News Updates, Spoilers [VIDEO]: Vin Diesel Shares Tony Jaa Workout & Training Footage on Facebook for 2014 Movie

Not only is Vin Diesel an actor, the Riddick star is also an avid Facebook user. He is no stranger to sharing detailed posts about his life and work on the popular social networking website. Vin genuinely loves to share with his fans. This week, the actor decided to post a video of himself and martial arts expert Tony Jaa training for their upcoming movie, Fast and Furious 7. Jaa recently shared his excitement over joing this film.

"I have been a big fan of the Fast and Furious franchise," he said. "The films are fast-paced, fun and keep the audience involved. There is a great mix of humor and action, something I really appreciate. There is no better film to be involved in for a first U.S. studio production."

When asked if his character would go up against Diesel or Dwayne Johnson in the new film, he simply responded: "Having a chance to work with Vin Diesel and The Rock already makes me a winner."

Tony Jaa, Dwayne Johnson, and Vin Diesel star opposite a long list of new and returning stars to the popular film franchise. Jason Statham, Kurt Russell, Djimon Hounsou, Ronda Rousey, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Nathalie Emmanuel, Lucas Black and Paul Walker make up that list.

James Wan (Insidious) is directing the film, which is set to open July 11, 2014.
