Of all the places a strange zombie-like incident could occur, why did it have to be Atlanta? According to some new reports, a parked car with a sleeping driver turned into some sort of scene out of AMC's The Walking Dead this week. The Walking Dead's first season was set right outside of Atlanta, so this coincidence (if you want to call it that) is definitely kind of scary.

After passing a parked pickup truck blocking traffic on an Atlanta highway, WSB TV Atlanta correspondent Liz Artz called highway officials. According to Zrtz, the driver of the parked truck was asleep and drooling behind the wheel. When a H.E.R.O. responder from Georgia's Department of Transportation arrived, he woke up the driver so as to get his truck out of the way. That's when things got very weird.

After being woken up, the man became angry and argued with the responder. The driver eventually sped away from the responder and ended up causing a five-car accident as he collided with a number of cars.

The H.E.R.O. responder managed to get the driver's keys away from him but the police had yet to arrive. This driver then exited his vehicle, climbed a tree, and jumped a barbed wire fence to avoid any other sort of confrontation.

Unfortunately for those trying to not have nightmares tonight, the man has yet to be caught.

The whole zombie comparison might not have made sense up to now, but just check out this video footage from WSB TV Atlanta. (Possible Zombie Warning!)
