Mayer Hawthorne releases 'Where Does This DJ Go' mobile app mixing music and gaming into turntable challenge

Music phenom Mayer Hawthorne (real name Andrew Mayer Cohen) has teamed up with mobile app developers Air Playd for a brand new mobile gaming experience: Where Does This DJ Go. Playing on the title of his most recent, hit album, Where Does This Door Go, Hawthorne invites players to experience a new medium that mixes music and mobile gaming.

Where Does This DJ Go brings players into the world of DJ-ing right on their mobile devices. With this new game, you can experience what it's like to DJ for a pakced room of partygoers as they react to your mixing and spinning skills.

Make sure you stay on beat, though, because points are counted on how well you hype the audience with your performance. Players also have the opportunity to add to the hype by tapping on sound effects bubbles that float across their device's screen.

With each progression, newer, exclusive tracks are unveiled, adding to the DJ's arsenal of mixing capabilities. Plus, when you complete the first level, you unlock a new remix. Also, when you complete the second level, you unlock a free download of that remix! This is an incredible new way for Hawthorne to share exclusive tracks.
