Enrique Iglesias 'Heart Attack' music video released; 'Turn the Night Up' singer joins forces with Camilla Belle in dramatic new clip [Watch]

Enrique Iglesias does not want to live in a world without you, and the "Turn the Night Up" singer is out to prove just that in his latest music video for "Heart Attack." Co-starring actress (and Joe Jonas' ex) Camilla Belle, the dramatic clip features non-linear storytelling as we find out what led to the video couple's break up.

Shots of Iglesias walking around city streets with one bloody hand are interspersed with dramatic footage of the singer standing on the edge of a highway overpass and morphing together with Belle. Of course, there's also performance footage, where Iglesias performs over a stunning landscape.

The actual storyline of the music video is revealed that Belle has cheated on Iglesias, the pieces coming together at the end of the video. The bloody hand is the result of catching Belle and her man-on-the-side in bed together, and as could be assumed the contemplated suicide is a result of the split.

The song itself is a surprisingly strong hit from Iglesias. The track finds the typically stripped down singer venturing into electronic territory. Slight vocal effects do distract from Iglesias' natural talent, but the bombastic chorus of the song, preceded by a building piano beat - which then continues throughout the song - makes for an interesting, dynamic piece of music.
