No matter how many rumors you hear about a celebrity, it is always incredibly refreshing to hear that person's side of the story. So when 'Burn' songstress Ellie Goulding stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week and opened up about some dating rumors that have been going around, we finally put to rest the gossip! In this interview she spoke about her ex-boyfriend Jeremy Irvine and her rumored boyfriends Niall Horan and Ed Sheeran.

"Niall apparently is my boyfriend, Ed Sheeran is apparently. [Jeremy Irvine] was an actual boyfriend - he was a real, actual boyfriend," she told DeGeneres.

Ellie added: "I don't have a real boyfriend at the moment...I'm travelling a lot."

Ellie's comments contradict what Sheeran said earlier this year in an interview where he revealed that he briefly dated the singer. When asked about some handholding going on at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, Ed said: "Normal people don't hold hands if they're just friends. It was going on. And now it's not."

Sheeran added: "She's a really cool girl and she's very talented. She's had a number one single for three weeks in England now. It's all going well."
