Guess someone will be "homeless" for the holidays, or maybe in not. Mstars has learned that The Best Man Holiday actor, Terrence Howard has been evicted from his place on Broadway and has now been issued to pay a huge amount of back rent.

TMZ reports that the actor was living it up in a fancy pad on Broadway in New York City, and was evicted back in May for failure to pay his rent on time.

Howard, who was evicted by his landlord, fell way behind on his rent and seems like he left with some unfinished business.

According to the site, Howard owes the landlord a grand total of, $51,907.85 in unpaid rent, and is now being sued for that amount.

Howard missed his court date, and the judge gave a default judgment in the landlord's favor.

Before the landlord could get all happy, the judge scheduled another hearing and did not grant the landlord's figure for back rent. The new court date hearing will determine exactly how much Howard owes.

Mstars recently reported the star was also a newly wed, this is not a way we would want to start off a marriage, in debt!
