The Fault In Our Stars has finally received an official visual. The hit John Green novel, which will be getting a film adaptation this summer, has gotten its first official movie poster, and the touching love story already radiates through the screen.

The poster itself is simple enough: the film's two protagonists Hazel Grace Lancaster (Shailene Woodley) and Augustus Waters (Ansel Elgort) lay in the grass, lovingly staring into one another's eyes. But, unfortunately for them, there's a twist: Hazel has her breathing tube in her nose, and Gus is harboring a health secret of his own.

And, then, there's the clever tagline: "One Sick Love Story."

Because, as all John Green stories go, The Fault In Our Stars is not just a simple teen love story. The two teens, who are full of cynicism, wit and humor, met in a young cancer support group. So, Hazel lugs around an oxygen tank and Gus lugs around with his prosthetic leg. The heartbreaking tale of love and loss is adapted from the best-selling novel, which was released Jan. 2012.

The movie will hit theaters on June 6, 2014.

As MStars reported earlier this year, Bright Eyes band members Mike Mogis and Nate Walcott will do music for the film -- frontman Conor Oberst may potentially be contributing a song for the movie.
