Last month, news broke on One Direction's Harry Styles getting a court case against certain paparazzi after attempting to settle an issue out of court. Despite his attempts to not involve the law, Styles was granted the court order and this week it was announced that the proceedings would continue on into 2014.

This injunction against the unnamed photographers, known in the proceedings as "Paparazzi AAA and others," prevents them from pursuing the singer by car or motorcycle, "placing him under surveillance, loitering or waiting within 50 meters of his place of residence to monitor his movements or take photos," according to The Independent.

"They wouldn't give him any space, they wouldn't give him any privacy and I really think going to court was not what he wanted to do, but it was what he had to do," Howard Bragman, a public relations expert and ABC News consultant, said when this news broke back in December.

"This is not a privacy injunction. Mr. Styles is not trying to prevent fans approaching him in the street and taking photos. He remains happy to do that, as he always has," counsel David Sherborne explained at the time. "Rather, it is the method or tactics which have been used by a certain type of photographer."

When Harry is usually in the news, it is for his rumored relationships or his band. Unfortunately his issue with certain paparazzi members has led us to see his name in the headlines for a more serious reason.
