Friday is the big day! "B-Day" The big 5-0, for First Lady Michelle Obama.

The FLOTUS and her never ending healthy tips are spreading like wildfire as moms and all America and others across the globe try to emulate, but everyone wants to know what she will do to keep fit as she turns a milestone in her life, 50.

We all love and know her for her famous bicep curls, the bouncing healthy hair, and wonderful pearly white teeth, but in an Interview she recently told People she changed up her workout routine already looking at her 70s and 80s.

"I'm seeing myself shift from weight-bearing stuff - even though that continues to be important - and the heavy cardio and running, to things like yoga that will keep me flexible," says Mrs. Obama, whose husband, President Obama will be giving her a birthday party this Saturday a dance party at the White House.

With her reconstructed workout, First Lady Michelle Obama says she focused on balance and flexibility "so that I'm not falling and breaking a hip one day."

MStars wishes our First Lady a "Happy Early Birthday!"
