Cher is Featuring Her Life on Broadway Musical

The Burlesque star, Cher tweeted that she and producers are writing a musical about her life.

According to her tweets, the production will portray three different stages of her life with the first period covering the days before meeting her future husband, Sonny Bono through the "Sonny and Cher" years.  The second period about her solo artist career leading up to her comeback 'Believe' tour, and with the third about her current days. The music will feature her original songs.

Cher also said that "IT"S A VERY SLOW PROCESS!  been working on it quite a while now."

"I'm help.2 write cause i was there & know stories that no1 knows but me! I hope it happens!," tweeted Cher.

The 66-year-old singer is also now working on a new album, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Her 26th album includes songs written by Lady Gaga and produced by RedOne.
