'Glee' star Matthew Morrison wants One Direction heartthrobs Louis, Zayn, Harry, Liam and Niall on the Fox singing show

Glee is hoping to go out on a high note with its final season coming up, so why not try to get the biggest pop group in the world to guest star on the upcoming episodes? Series star Matthew Morrison has set his sights on Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne (also known as One Direction) to guest star on the upcoming new season of the popular Fox series! Do you think he'll get his wish?

""We have been so fortunate to have some great cameos, and to have One Direction on would be great for the show. They are not much older than high school age so we could have them as students," Morrison said to The Daily Star. "And I am sure the younger female cast members wouldn't object to their presence either."

He added: "I remember when the show covered What Makes You Beautiful I had only just heard of One Direction. But since then they have pretty much gone one to take over the world!"

Morrison also spoke about getting One Direction's boss, Simon Cowell, onto the show.

"Both my and Jane Lynch's dream cameo is Simon Cowell. So maybe the boys could bring their manager," he said. "It would make great TV seeing Sue Sylvester and Simon Cowell go head to head."
