Selena Gomez Music, Movie & Mane Makeover

Selena Gomez is making waves both in the music and film industry. After wrapping up filming on "Spring Breakers" and "The Getaway", the 19-year old actress is now working on the animated film "Hotel Transylvania" opposite Adam Sandler. Plus along all that work, the former Disney princess even managed to dye her hair red.

Justin Bieber's girlfriend is on the roll with three films done shooting this year. Gomez has gone from one country to the next and has gone from wearing a skimpy bikini to wielding a gun. For the action-packed flick, "The Getaway", Gomez did not only have to learn how to shoot a gun but the 19-year old had some death defying stunts to pull off.

"We had a stunt driver come in and teach Ethan how to do 360-degree spins because he wanted to do all of it himself," shared Gomez. "First I wasn't in the car but then I got in and he was doing and I was like, 'You've done this before in another movie, right?' and he said, 'No, this is my first time.' I was like, 'Great, so this is going to be where I die,'" continued Selena.

Thankfully, Gomez lived through the stunt to tell the tale even saying, "I actually wanted to get a few injuries so I could be like, 'Yeah, I've got battle scars from making an action movie.'"

So moving on from an action packed movie to an animated film, Selena has truly outdone herself. For those who haven't heard of Selena's animated feature film, "Hotel Transylvania", where she stars as Mavis, the daughter of Dracula, here's all you need to know.

Unlike "Spring Breakers" which is set for a summer release by 2013, "Hotel Transylvania" will be out by October. The story revolves around Selena Gomez's' character, Mavis, and her desire to break free from the norm plus explore the life of humans. According to Selena, she connected to Mavis on a whole new level minus the fangs part.

"I relate to that in a way because I travel with my parents to most places I go," explained Gomez in an interview with E! Online. "I'm only in different countries and different parts of the world for less than 48 hours. I don't get to actually see the places when I tour," added Selena.

With three films done this year, Selena is ready to do something she really loves - music.

"I think this is going to be the biggest one for me personally," said Gomez, adding, "I want to be able to write about things I've never talked about before and tell a story with this album because I've never actually had time to go in and do that. I've never worked on a song for more than two days."

With the newly dyed red hair, Gomez is ready to get back to the music.
