Veteran rock stars Aerosmiths's new album Music From Another Dimension release date has been pushed from August 28th to November 6th.

Music From Another Dimension is the follow up to the band's last album Just Push Play, released more than a decade ago in 2001.  Frontman Steven Tyler said, "It's pushed back because too many people are releasing those weeks, and we don't want to step on their release dates.  So we said, 'You know what, we got the goods, ain't no doubt about [it], we'll wait a couple months.'"

Aerosmith debuted their first single "Legendary Child" at American Idol's finale.  The single has received mixed reactions from fans old and new.

Nevertheless, fans are giving the rockers a big warm welcome with messages like "Welcome back boys! What took you so damn long?! ~^A^~" and "My favorite band came back!"

Two more singles are expected to be released before November.

"The new CD is going to have more songs on it than you can fit in both back pockets," Joe Perry tweeted.
