One Direction fans beg Liam Payne to stop smoking cigarettes on Twitter [PHOTO]

Whether he's willing to publicly admit it or not, One Direction's Liam Payne was caught with a cigarette this week on set of a new music video shoot and now we're all worried about his health! Payne isn't shy about talking about his workout routines to stay in shape, so surely he must be aware of the health risks involved with tobacco. Well if he didn't know, his fans are making sure he understands through harrowing Twitter posts.
