Katy Perry is in "Great Spirits" After John Mayer Breakup. The 'Dark Horse' Songstress is "Doing Really Good"

A source for Katy Perry tells E! News that the singer is "doing really good" despite her recent split with boyfriend John Mayer. Almost two months have passed since the singers parted ways and Katy appears to be handling the separation very well.

The two broke up earlier this year after Perry found suspicious texts on his phone between him and what was rumor to have been Kelly Monaco. Click here to read more about the breakup.

Katy is taking a break from dating to focus on her upcoming Prismatic World Tour which we are sure is going to be just as colorful and prismatic as Katy's personality. The tour kicks off in less than a month in Ireland and she will be touring until the end of December. The source tells E! News that, "Katy is focused on her tour right now. She is not allowing anything to distract her from it."

Katy is not one to let anything interfere with her concerts, especially breakups. She even performed a concert during her California Dreams Tour shortly after her now ex-husband, Russell Brand filed for divorce from her, which was documented in her film Katy Perry: Part of Me.

A source also tell E! News that Katy was all smiles and enjoying herself during a private event at Chateau Marmont where she spent time chitchatting with her celebrity friends Nicole Richie, and Kate Hudson.  

Katy has been more active on social media lately posting photos of her new green hair, just in time for spring.
