Ross Marquand does one of the best Rust Cohle impressions we've ever heard. Though his latest parody video might be slightly outdated, we still enjoyed how he mashed Matthew McConaughey's True Detective character with an AT&T commercial. This is most likely just how Cohle would talk to a focus group of children.

We all know that 2012 Cohle was a pretty strange character. Yes 1995 Cohle was a buzzkill, but he transformed into a nutty conspiracy theorist (though his conspiracy was RIGHT) in his later years. We all know how our favorite short series of 2014 ended, but now we can enjoy a little more of Cohle in these pretty amazing impersonations from Ross Marquand.

Check out this incredible parody right here:

It's brief, but really nails the impression. Check out some YouTube reactions to Marquand's spot-on impression:

Oren Kaplan: Greatness.

CoolKwaz: Seriously amazing job once again, I love these though wish they were longer.

GeekscapeTV: These are amazing, guys!

Calipoppi: I could watch a full couple of hours of these. That impression is dead on; if you close your eyes it's like McConaughey is there talking. Amazing.

clanwargods: Omg, I love you so much right now. This is really good

adammutchler: Can't wait to see the next two. Another genius one!

Bryant Anderson: Keep em coming Ross...fun to watch!

Wayne Park: you are great
