Antonio Conte is one of the best managers in Europe right now, and today, without kicking a ball, his side picked up the Seria A trophy, with Roma losing. Conte has been linked with many jobs, including the Manchester United job, and he's brought back the days of glory to Turin. Although they never made the Europa League final, he is still a highly regarded coach, who has achieved a lot in a short space of time, all whilst scaring veteran player Andreas Pirlo.

Pirlo explained what it's like working with Conte, saying "One little speech, a few simple words, was all it took for him to win me over. Even when we're winning, Conte comes in and hurls against the wall (and thus my little corner) anything he can lay his hands on... almost always full bottles of water. Fizzy water. Very fizzy water. If I could go back in time, I'd change only one thing: I wouldn't pick the spot next to Buffon in our dressing room."

What's next for Conte, and Pirlo? Also, Conte's fear-factor seems to be similar to a young Jose Mourinho and Sir Alex Ferguson. If he continues to win trophies it won't be long until he's labelled alongside those great managers.

How well win Conte's Juventus do next season? Can he lead a team like Manchester United, Arsenal or Barcelona to glory in the future, or is Serie A his final destination? Whatever happens next, he's held in the highest of regards in Turin, and Juventus wouldn't have any other man instead of their scary, winning coach.
