Arsene Wenger Slams Wayne Rooney's Manchester United And His 'Naive' Arsenal Team

By Kenneth Brown | Nov 23, 2014 12:35 PM EST

Wayne Rooney has forever been a thorn in Arsene Wenger's Arsenal, and he has once again come back to haunt them. Despite Manchester United perhaps being second best, they grabbed a 2-1 win at Emirates Stadium, largely due to Rooney's influence. Louis Van Gaal earned his first away win with the club, but Wenger wasn't prepared to praise his opponents, suggesting it was Arsenal errors that cost them this vital Premier League game. Wenger hit out at both his team and opponents, saying to the BBC: "At the moment defensively we are a bit naive. It's a game that we dominated for 80 percent of the time and we haven't dominated a game like that against Manchester United for a long time. At the end of the day we were not efficient enough in the final third, or defensively, and we made a mistake at the back, which they took advantage of. Once we were 1-0 down, we had possession in the final third that they had to defend. We missed a few opportunities in the second half, even in the final 20 minutes." Read More »

CR7 has revealed that it's a bogus claim, and that he will "sue" to ensure all is sorted as quickly as possible. Perhaps it was an attempt to draw up more ticket sales, with the pair going against one another, with Argentina taking on Portugal, which has only sold a mere 15,000 tickets so far. Will this feud end here? Read More »

What Does Ronaldo Call Messi Behind Closed Doors?

By Kenneth Brown | Nov 12, 2014 11:13 AM EST

Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are two of the greatest soccer players to play the game, and luckily they're both lighting the game up in this day and age. But the two, despite both being elite, are often pitted against one another. It was thought that there was a huge amount of respect shared for one another, but shocking revelations have shown that CR7 hates Messi. The Real Madrid star tore his Barcelona rival apart, calling him by an insulting nickname, "The Motherf--ker," which has sent shockwaves through soccer and will only add to their intense rivalry. Although they exchange pleasantries when face-to-face, reports have suggested that he's not so kind behind closed doors. Soccer critic Guillem Balague has released the breaking story, according to the "Daily Mail:" "And that is why, according to some Real Madrid players, CR7 has a nickname for him: 'motherf--ker'; and if he sees someone from the club speaking to Leo, he also ends up being baptised 'motherf--ker'."
