America's team, the Dallas Cowboys, are in a hurry to return to greatness, and although the draft is not enough to entirely make this transition, it can certainly help. The 2014 NFL Draft is just hours away and many fans and teams still have no idea on which player they will select. However, they're in luck, as this one of the deepest classes in a long, long while, so teams like the Cowboys, even at 16, can still get a quality, franchise-changing player. The Cowboys look a certainty to take Ohio State's Bradley Roby.

The CB position is one that indeed appears to be growing in importance, as proven recently with Super Bowl winners, Seattle Seahawks, and the new contract they've handed out to CB Richard Sherman, making him the highest paid CB in the NFL. Here's where the Buckeye's Roby comes in to play. many have compared him to Sherman and elite CB Joe Haden, and as both are key players to their teams, Roby should have the same impact.

Although Roby had his rough moments this past season, he's shown enough ability to ensure that NFL teams, especially the Cowboys, do not want to miss out on him. He strikes everyone as the kind of player that will constantly learn, develop and upgrade his game. It wouldn't be a shock if Sherman, Haden and Roby are all considered in a similar status within a few seasons.

Roby is a sure thing when it comes to first-round picks, but will the Cowboys get their hands on the talented OSU player? With a solid offense in place the Cowboys will ignore that side of the field in the first round, and if Roby remains on the board, the Cowboys will find it an irresistible pick to avoid.
