Singer Frank Ocean performed on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on Monday's show. When Fallon introduced Ocean, he made a surprise announcement that Ocean's album "Channel Orange" was available a week early for purchase on iTunes.

Several websites have leaked the digital version of the album today so you can hear it for free. You can preview the entire album here at Missinfo.tv. Physical copies of the album will be available in stores for purchase on July 17.

Ocean, 24, who is a member of the music group Odd Future, performed the song "Bad Religion" which started the speculation about his sexuality. The appearance is the first stop of many to promote his upcoming album "Channel Orange." Ocean's North American tour officially begins Friday in Seattle, according to Missinfo.tv.

Before his appearance on the show last night, Jimmy Fallon and Questlove, a member of the show's house music band, both tweeted that Ocean had a surprise announcement to make.

Jimmy Fallon tweeted: "i wouldn't miss frank ocean on fallon tonight...trust me..."

Questlove also tweeted: "grants our wish finally & delivers an epic can't miss performance (& surprise announcement) tonight on @latenightjimmy"

Odd Future member Frank Ocean made the surprise guest appearance less than a week after announcing on his Tumblr blog that he fell in love with a man three years ago. Since the announcement, Ocean has received support from other celebrities, his record label and his mother.

Ocean's mother responded to his announcement on Twitter, saying: "My son is brave and honest and I am very proud of him. I wish more people in the world could be brave enough to be who they really are. Thank you to all who have shown love and support. My son is the most incredible human I know. Honest, true and loving. We appreciate you!"

Joie Manda, the President of Ocean's record label Def Jam Records issued this statement of Frank's "coming out" to missinfo.tv :

"Yesterday was an important day for all of us. Frank Ocean is an amazing artist and a more amazing man. The courage he displayed in his beautiful and eloquent letter was touching on many levels. Frank broke down a wall that should never have been built. The overwhelming show of support from his peers was awesome and inspiring. Island Def Jam is so proud to stand beside Frank Ocean - the artist and man - now and always."

The New York Times describes Ocean's album as "rife with the sting of unrequited love, both on the receiving and inflicting ends".

Frank Ocean has written for Beyoncé, has collaborated with Jay-Z and Kanye West and wrote songs that were recorded by Brandy and Justin Bieber.
