The dust has settled from the stunning 2014 NFL Draft, but the 2014 NBA Draft is a matter of weeks away. Next week will see the NBA Draft Lottery take place, and the world will find out who will pick where, and although the top-five of this class is a lot easier to predict than some, who will be the No. 1 pick? Could it be Kansas Jayhawks' superstar Andrew Wiggins, or will it be the long-time projected No.1 Jabari Parker of the Duke Blue Devils?

For nearly 3-5 years people have been suggesting that Wiggins and Parker would make the top-two of this draft, and it appears they were right. The pair had stunning first seasons of NCAA ball, although both showed evident weaknesses, too. It seems like scouts and NBA teams believe this duo will be instant franchise-changing players, and it's given a spark to many of the struggling teams hoping to get their hands on one of these elite talents.

Both players are capable of being a reliable scorer and able to rebound, and they will improve through NBA training and experience, so it's scary to think how good the pair could be. Many think Parker will be the best of the two, but he will be a slower process, with Wiggins making a bigger impact, and a lot quicker, too, so which should go first?

With the pair so similar it's tough to call, but Jabari Parker's long-time reputation makes him a more alluring pick at No. 1, so expect him to go first, no matter who has the pick.
