When LeBron James left the Cleveland Cavaliers they could see no light at the end of the tunnel. It's been a disastrous couple of seasons, but they certainly can't blame the luck they've received in the recent NBA draft lotteries. In both the 2011 and 2013 NBA draft lottery, the Cleveland Cavaliers struck lucky, getting the No. 1 overall pick, which resulted in them drafting Kyrie Irving and Anthony Bennett respectively. With only a 1.7% chance of landing yet another No. 1 pick, nobody even considered it possible, but it happened again, much to everyone's surprise.

With three No.1 picks in four years it's safe to say that some are sick of seeing the Cavaliers grace the draft podium first, and rightfully so. Also, it's safe to say the Cavaliers have to get it right this time, after having mixed fortunes with the two previous No. 1 picks. Kyrie Irving was a solid pick, and Bennett was a horrific one, but with a third pick in four years, the Cavaliers must put a better showing on the court next season.

What could the Cavaliers do with the pick? There are three obvious choices in Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid and Jabari Parker, but there are other options, too. They could trade the pick for a key player, like Kevin Love, but they could also send the pick to a team for a package of picks, which would help increase the overall strength of their roster.

Are the Cavaliers the luckiest team in the NBA, and what should they do with their latest No. 1 pick?
