The Order: 1886 is one of the most anticipated video games of 2014, but new rumors are suggesting it has fallen off that list with the release date possibly being pushed back to February 2015.

According to Attack of the Fanboy, these rumors come from social media sources that have been right about this sort of news in the past, meaning the release date is most likely slated for early 2015. Will this delay ruin your year in gaming or are you sure it just means a better experience? Let us know in the comments section below!

We'll have to wait for an official announcement in regards to the PlayStation 4 exclusive game's release date, but for now let's check out a new trailer featuring developers from Ready at Dawn discussing the mythology and history aspects of The Order: 1886 right here:

Meanwhile, Kotaku recently spoke with game director Dana Jan about the ambitious look of The Order: 1886, which runs at 30 frames per second instead of the usual 60.

"60 fps is really responsive and really cool. I enjoy playing games in 60 fps," Jan told the website. "But one thing that really changes is the aesthetic of the game in 60 fps. We're going for this filmic look, so one thing that we knew immediately was films run at 24 fps. We're gonna run at 30 because 24 fps does not feel good to play. So there's one concession in terms of making it aesthetically pleasing, because it just has to feel good to play."
