When the Cleveland Browns drafted Josh Gordon they knew they were getting a quality NFL-ready receiver and a problematic one, too. So far they've seen plenty of both sides of Gordon. He has established himself as one of the best receivers and biggest troublemakers around, so what do the Browns do next?

Josh Gordon has had two drug tests during his college and NFL playing days, which ensured that one more would result in a season-long ban. The Browns tried desperately to trade him last year, but he stayed and had a record-breaking season. With smart moves being made everything seemed golden for the Browns, but then it all unravelled rather quickly.

A day after drafting Johnny Manziel to throw to Gordon, it was revealed that Gordon had failed a third drugs test, and he would be punished with a one-year ban. Everyone believes he has valid reasons and can win the appeal, but any reduction seems unlikely.

Just as things started to calm down, he found himself in the headlines again. This time for speeding, which resulted in for more trouble for the receiver. Also, one of his passengers was charged for possession if marijuana which has done little to help Gordon in any shape or form.

With an equally talented and troubled receiver, what exactly are the Cleveland Browns supposed to do with Josh Gordon? It'd be hard to trade him after this, and he does not warrant a new contract and he's too good to release. Can they sit down and sort the problem out man-to-man?
