Johnny Manziel Parties With Floyd Mayweather & Justin Bieber: Can Cleveland Browns Quarterback Avoid Criticism?

Johnny Manziel has been the talk of America ever since his college days, and when the Cleveland Browns decided to draft him in the 2014 NFL draft they most certainly knew this was a trend that would continue in to his NFL days. The star has many celebrity friends, such as Drake and Rob Gronkowski, and it seems he's added boxer Floyd Mayweather and pop sensation Justin Bieber to his friendship circle. At a time when he's receiving a lot of hatred for his lifestyle, he most certainly knew this would cause drama, but perhaps that's what he wanted.

Last week he explained his views on the constant talk surrounding his life, saying:

I'm going out," he said. "Everybody goes out on the weekends and enjoys their life and lives their life. And just for them, they don't have people that when they walk into a place pull out their phones and all they want to do is follow me around and record everything. My situation is unique and different and now more than ever I've seen that it's an every weekend thing wherever I'm at - whether it's in Cleveland on a weekend, or in Dallas or anywhere on a weekend, people want to record what I'm doing because they think it's a story.

"Everybody goes out and has fun. Everybody goes out and does that and I'm not doing anything that's putting myself in a harmful situation."

Now the star has added to this statement by allowing pictures to be posted with himself, Mayweather, Bieber and singer Tyrese Gibson. Will he be worth the wait once he plays in the NFL, and should he receive the slack he's constantly bombarded with?
