Are San Francisco 49ers star quarterback Colin Kaepernick and coach Jim Harbaugh done in San Fran? It certainly looks that way, with the team looking like a "dumpster fire" after a disastrous 24-13 loss to the 2-11 Oakland Raiders. The calls for Kaepernick to go are getting louder and indications that Harbaugh will leave after this season are becoming more clear. The questions facing the 49ers are whether or not they'll stick with Kaepernick at quarterback or pick his replacement in the NFL draft and what they can get for Harbaugh in a trade with the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins or Raiders. The Cleveland Browns and their QB situation has had more drama than a blockbuster, action movie. Brian Hoyer is their starter, and he wins games, yet he makes silly mistakes, and is deemed as unexciting, whereas Johnny Manziel is seen as holding the key to their NFL future, and an exciting, modern man to lead them forward.
