The New England Patriots will face-off against the Seattle Seahawks in this year's highly-anticipated Super Bowl championship game. And apparently, star quarterback Tom Brady is just a tad bit sick!

During a lengthy media event held on Wednesday (January 28), the 37-year-old former MVP admitted that he's been battling an annoying cold for the past few days:

"I've had it for four to five days, my kids got sick and my wife's pretty sick right now... I brought it, unfortunately, to Phoenix, but I'll be fine. I'll be good" (via ESPN).

But Brady was sniffling and wiping his nose the entire time, which actually made things look worse. He even missed a few practices:

Despite the whole family being ill, Gisele Bundchen's handsome hubby insists that he'll be just fine for the big game on Sunday (February 1). Still, several Pats fans have something to say about Brady's weakened health on Twitter:

@BoycottLex: "Uhmmmm, Tom Brady sounds terrible. He needs me to take care of him and his family bc they're all sick #OnTheWay."

@WillHines_13: "Tom Brady ain't sick he just tryna get more credit if he win lol."

@EileenPaul40: "Oh no my main guy #TomBrady is sick with a cold. Hope he feels better. He needs his game back on for Sunday. @Patriots."

@StrandedLogicYT: "HOLY SHIT TOM BRADY HAS A COLD. PLS GIVE ME MORE 24/7 UPDATES ON HOW HES SICK PLS I NEED MORE. LIKE JUST STRAP A GO PRO TO HIM #fuqnews."

@RachelGBowers: "Two women in doctor's office arguing about Tom Brady being sick. - 'That's what he gets for cheating. Why doesn't he take a polygraph?'"

Do MstarsNews fans think Brady will recover for the game and lead his team to yet another victory? The Pats' last championship win was back in 2005. The Seahawks snagged the title in 2013. So let the Super Bowl countdown begin!
