The Cleveland Browns don't often get a good thing without any problems. That explains the ongoing situation with their crisis WR Josh Gordon, who cannot keep himself out of trouble. The former Baylor star has had a problematic past, and lately he has got in to trouble for failing a drugs test and a DWI offence, showing that he's just not learning. With a long-term NFL ban impending, many have suggested that the Browns should cut, or trade Gordon, however, it appears the Browns are going to attempt to work through Josh's problems, rather than add to them.

Sources have suggested that the Browns will not cut him, although it could still become a possibility if the circumstances change. Why would they show this patience, you ask? Last season the star had 1, 646 yards on 87 carries with nine touchdowns. Those numbers aren't easily replaced and it seems the Browns would prefer to work through them with their young star, rather than give up on him, and watch him quite possibly mature in to an all-time great on another team.

Is this the right move for the Browns, and can Gordon get his act together if he's to receive the right help? Things are looking up for the impressive Browns roster, so it's easy to see why they're putting the Gordon saga aside, and concentrating on the talent they do have at their disposal.

Could Gordon become the best receiver in the NFL, or of all-time, or is he destined to be another that was prevented from doing so by his troubling ways?
