Sunday night on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, fans will witness the Giudice family's emotional side as Teresa and Joe reveal how much their legal issues are affecting the couple's relationship and the future for their daughters.

In the preview below Teresa and Joe have some one on one time during the Christmas holiday to talk about their problems as things get serious and deep.

In the video when Joe gives his wife, Teresa a card for Christmas as Teresa mentions to her husband, "You always give me the best cards." The card read, "For my beautiful wife. I can't imagine a life, a home, or a Christmas without you, "Merry Christmas," your honey."

As Teresa starts to cry and questions herself, Joe says, "You know I wish we didn't have these legal issues that we have. We just have to keep working harder, moving forward and keep fighting, making money." He adds, "That's what makes us the family that we are."

Joe reveals that he is "Glad he has such a strong wife, and a wife that just sits around and keeps on crying all the time." He admits that he "wouldn't want to come home" if Teresa was a cry baby.

Teresa chimes in and reveals that she thinks about the couple's legal drama everyday. She admits that she hates seeing their story in the paper and on the news, even revealing that she "cries herself to sleep sometimes."

When Joe says, "if things turn out for the worst," calling prison a "vacation," and tells his wife that she may have to take care of their daughters, Teresa interrupts and says, "We need you always, this family can't function without you," promising her husband that "this will not be our last Christmas together."
