We are just weeks away from the 2014/15 NFL season and everything that comes with it, and you know what that means, right? Every wear you turn there's going to be non-stop coverage. Just how football fans like it. Tony Dungy has insisted he wouldn't of drafted Michael Sam, the Cleveland Browns will stand by the troubled Josh Gordon, and the Browns also have a star with huge earning potential in Johnny Manziel, who leads the NFL in jersey sales.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts coach Dungy has insisted he wouldn't of drafted St. Louis Rams defensive end Sam. Sam is the first openly gay player to be drafted in the NFL, and he has been the center of attention since. Dungy explained "I wouldn't have taken him. Not because I don't believe Michael Sam should have a chance to play, but I wouldn't want to deal with all of it. It's not going to be totally smooth ... things will happen." has Dungy opened himself to criticism?

Despite Gordon's problems with drugs and driving whilst drunk, it seems his team, the Browns, will stand by him. Coach Mike Pettine explained "Josh is a Cleveland Brown. We want to do what's best for him. We have a player that potentially needs help. Whether it's him or whether it's anybody else that wears the uniform, if we can help, we'll help. We want to make our decisions always, what's best for the player, and you try to marry it with what's best for the team. So that's why I don't think that cutting him, while it may have worked for some other people, I don't know if that's necessarily the best option here. It might be the worst option for both -- for us and for him. We're going to wait and see what happens and then act accordingly."

It's not all bad news for Pettine, as his newly-drafted QB, Manziel, leads the NFL for jersey sales. If he can put his troubled ways behind him, adapt to the NFL and eventually have a fully focused Gordon to throw to, coach Pettine may not ever complain again.

Who's looking forward to watching some football?
