WATCH 5 Seconds Of Summer LA Surprise For Fans: Boy Band Meets Fans As Thousands Camp Out For Tickets

New teen sensation Australian boy band 5 Seconds Of Summer is poised to take over America. So far, they've made great headway with thousands of teenage girls in the Los Angeles area, with a meet-and-greet and impromptu show.

The girls waited in line for hours at the legendary Los Angeles Forum for tickets (some had been there almost a full day), but no one seemed to mind.

"I'd wait forever if I had to," one girl said.

For the first 100 fans, the wait was especially worth it. The band – Michael, Luke, Calum and Ashton – surprised fans from behind the ticket counter. They handed out tickets and chatted with the ladies who had waited for what had seemed like an eternity.

Yes, 5SOS was there to great fans and even play a set. Swoon!

One girl's dreams came true when 5SOS bandmate Calum paid for her tickets - she had several credit cards to pay with and multiple transactions weren't allowed for that day.

"He gave me my tickets and he said he loves me too, he was very excited," said hyperventilating young fan Emily Gusbeth, adding in disbelief, "Calum paid for all of my tickets!  He said you know what, I'll buy your tickets for you."

Word about Calum's kindness spread throughout the line like wildfire.

"I just wanna hug him," said one fan, "He's so cute!"

5 Seconds Of Summer are likely to enter the Billboard album charts at #1 this week with their self-titled debut LP. They are set to play the Forum on November 15th.
