Taylor Swift's visits with her fans are a common occurrence, but that doesn't mean they're any less special and/or amazing. The former girlfriend of Harry Styles recently stopped by Boston's Children's Hospital to hang out with her fan Jordan Nickerson - a 7-year-old battling Leukemia and Williams Syndrome. In a great video of the visit, we see The Giver actress singing and dancing with Jordan, furthering the point that Taylor is just great!

During the visit, Taylor and Jordan talked about a number of topics like Spider-Man and music, and even played some air hockey together. Plus, Taylor sang "We Are Never Getting Back Together" with Jordan!

"I love singing songs for people, but I want to sing a song for you more than all the other people," Taylor told Jordan.

Eventually deciding on her hit song that she's performed at numerous awards ceremonies and stadiums all over the world, Taylor and Jordan sing and dance together in this heartwarming video.

In a recently released video from the set of The Giver, Taylor opened up about her character Rosemary to Entertainment Tonight.

"To me emotion is such an important part of my life and now I guess my job. People wouldn't listen to my songs if they weren't heart broken or deeply affected and hurt and jilted and sad and bitter and all those wonderful things that I write songs about," Taylor admitted.
