Everyone's favorite Bachelorette Andi Dorfman may not be a bachelorette for much longer. The former District Attorney turned reality star just got engaged to Josh Murray on the season finale of the hit ABC series and while we know she was looking for love on the show, viewers couldn't help but notice the incredible shape that Dorfman was in during her time on the series.

Andi revealed in an interview with Shape magazine, her fitness tips, eating habits, and also how she feels now that she has finally found love.

She reveals that she isn't the kind of girl that likes to workout, but that she doesn't love the high one gets after a great workout session.

"I'm not one of those people who love to work out," she tells the magazine, "but I love the results and the high after a killer workout."

As far as what her fitness routine consists of, she saying, "I'm a grind type of girl because I'm not patient enough for a class. I get in a gym, put on my headphones and sweat it out by running, doing the stair master, abs, and free weights. I love doing circuit training."

It must be hard for someone who has such a busy lifetime to remain active, but Andi reveals that she multitasks to make sure she gets her workouts in.

"I'll do calf raises when I brush my teeth, I always take the stairs, and do squats on commercial breaks if I'm watching TV," the star explained. "It's so easy and it has become my little habit."

While making time for work outs during her TV watching and teeth brushing, she says she also maintains her slim physique by eating "clean."

"My diet is pretty clean. I am not a morning person so I force myself to eat breakfast," The Bachelorette star reveals. "I love a bowl of fruit with granola sprinkled on top and a splash of soymilk. I eat a lot of lean meats like turkey and chicken. I've cut out carbs from dinner and substitute with different veggies and I've realized I don't miss them at all."

She may eat well, but that doesn't stop her from having some guilty pleasures. Andi says that she believes you can have anything if you have it in moderation.

"I love sushi, steak, pizza, chocolate cake, pretzels- you name it. I also love red wine, which I refuse to give up."

As far as love is concerned, while Dorfman has found her other half in Josh, she gives other out there some love advice.

"I think long lasting love happens when you realize you are not perfect and neither is anyone else," Andi sas. "You've got to know that everyone has flaws whether it's physically, emotionally or mentally and if you can look past those flaws and still be in love, that's a recipe for love."
