With a release date set for October 17, Fury is looking like one of the best films of 2014. Brad Pitt leads a cast of stars including Logan Lerman, Shia LaBeouf and other talents in a World War II epic about a squadron of soldiers taking on Nazis in a last stand, all while living in and fighting with a tank. A new trailer dropped this week, giving us a better look into what we can expect from this movie.

Lerman plays a young soldier that joins this tank brigade, led by Pitt. In this new trailer we see him welcomed into the group and watch as he learns to deal with the turmoil of war. Obviously, things get pretty bloody and violent, so we're excited to see how his character handles it all.

Here is a synopsis of Fury:

The film is set during the last months of World War II in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened U.S. Army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank called "Fury" and its five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
