Prosecutors said Monday that they have dropped the December assault charges against pop sensation Justin Bieber. The court withdrew the charges due to no reasonable prospect of conviction.

In an early morning incident on Dec. 30, a limousine picked up Bieber and five others at a Toronto -things then got rowd. It was reported that one of the passengers hit the limo driver during an altercation.

Prosecutor David Mitchess defended Bieber in court saying, "There were a number of people in the vehicle seated behind the driver at the time of the incident, and the Crown is not in a position to establish the identification of the person who came into contact with the complaint beyond a reasonable doubt based on evidence available."

Monday the singer's lawyer states that his client is "relieved" to be cleared.

This is just one example of Bieber's ongoing law troubles.

The pop star is due in an Ontario court Sept. 29 regarding charges of dangerous driving and assault following a collision between a minivan and an ATV that led to a physical alteration with a photographer.

Like this recent incident it is not his first or second. In July, Bieber was charged with misdemeanor vandalism for throwing eggs at a Los Angeles neighbors home. He paid more than $80,000 in damages and was sentenced to two years probation.

The list goes on as he was also charged last month for misdemeanor charges of careless driving as what police state was illegal street drag racing. He again agreed to pay a fine of $50,000 charitable contribution and a $500 fine along with an anger management course.

I guess if you are Biebs your wallet you can afford this kind of "fun."
