Manchester United Introduce Radamel Falcao & Daley Blind, But Will Cristiano Ronaldo Be The Next Superstar To Head To Old Trafford?

Today Manchester United boss Louis Van Gaal was finally able to introduce key signings Radamel Falcao and Daley Blind in their welcome press conference. However, reports are suggesting that Cristiano Ronaldo could leave Real Madrid, and may well be the next superstar being welcomed (back) to Old Trafford. However, fans are likely to have to wait until 2015 at the very least. Will Ronaldo come home, and would he be a good signing for Van Gaal?

The club have recently signed Falcao and Angel Di Maria, who are both under the same agent, Jorge Mendes, who also works for Ronaldo. It's believed the agent dislikes Real and wants to create a new super-team at Manchester United. Ronaldo has also hinted time after time, that he wishes to return. Just days ago he suggested he would like to return, and weeks ago he insisted the latest signings were great for United.

Ronaldo seems desperate to come home, and as he approaches the end of his prime, even he knows it would be better to bring his best years back to Manchester, rather than some legendary experience towards the end of his career. With that in mind, surely Ronaldo will head home sooner rather than later?

Will Ronaldo complete the sporting return only matched by LeBron James' return to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA? LeBron left on bad terms, and still made the anticipated return home, so Ronaldo, who left on good terms, would surely find this a far easier move to make, right?
