Today, Oscar Pistorius was cleared of murdering Reeva Steenkamp, but on Friday the adjourned case will reopen, and he could be sentenced to a long-term jail spell if he's charged of culpable homicide. The famous athletics star could receive many different sentences, but at long last the difficult case will come to a close. Regardless of the outcome, it's likely that Oscar could release a tell-all autobiography, so that he can have his say, raise money to pay for his court costs and attempt to clear his name, all while talking about his career too.

Oscar, a double-amputee, shot Steenkamp dead on Valentine's Day in 2013, and finally he will face the verdict that's haunted him for so long. Judge Thokozile Masipa insisted "I am of the view that the accused acted too hastily and used excessive force. It is clear that his conduct was negligent," Many are angry that he wasn't convicted of murder, yet it was always an unlikely outcome, with little evidence suggesting the death was premeditated, and the sheer nature of Steenkamp's death.

With the charge of shooting Reeva, and various other charges, it's expected that Oscar will receive some kind of hefty punishment, but it's looking more and more likely that he will avoid spending the rest of his life in prison. Whether he's behind bars, or released, it's expected that he will begin to piece together the early stages of a tell-all book. Oscar has a big fan-base, and a situation that everyone wants to know the truth behind, so there's no doubt that he will be offered the chance to explain all via a book.

Has Pistorius got a reaonsable case, and should he of been charged for murder?
