After non-stop issues with violence, drugs and generally the law, the NFL cannot catch a break. They're closing in on 1,000 arrests in a little over a decade, which is setting a bad example for the sport. Questions are being asked, such as, could there be something wrong with the league? Further questions are likely to be asked now NFL good guys Peyton Manning and John Elway are in the press for, strange reasons, to say the least. Despite neither legend being involved with drugs and violence themselves, they've still found their names in the headlines, causing concern for the Denver Broncos.

Legalized pot in Colorado has had both positive and negative impacts, but good ones for Peyton, according to him. The new law has ensured his pizza business is having a great time as of lately. We wonder why. The Broncos' QB owns 21 Papa Johns franchises in the Denver area, and he was asked recently about its impact. He replied "There's some different laws out here in Colorado. Pizza business is pretty good out here, believe it or not, due to some recent law changes."

Peyton's role model, Elway, has also been in the headlines, well, his son has. His son, a former Arizona University QB, has been sentenced to domestic violence counselling after having problems with his GF in July. The 25-year-old was arrested in Denver in May for being violent towards here. While he works through his troubles, NCAA and NFL have their own to deal with.

What can the NCAA and NFL to avoid all of this negative press?
