Parks and Recreation is coming back for its seventh and final season sometime in 2015 and it's already clear that this is going to be a hard goodbye. Ben Schwartz, who plays the hilarious Jean-Ralphio Saperstein (best friend to Tom Haverford played by Aziz Ansari), recently opened up about the final season.

USA Today reported that Ben has already started to film some of his season seven scenes and it is safe to say that it's going to "get emotional and get sad."

The 33-year-old actor told Vulture that he is already sad about the end of the hit comedy. Because of his other acting engagements he will only be in a few episodes in the upcoming season, which makes us sad, too.

"It was really sad because that's the show that gave me any recognition. People really connected with that character or just thought it was bananas or whatever it was. That one will be tough. I know when I film my last scene as Jean-Ralphio, I will probably get emotional and get sad," Ben explained to Vulture.

"I've been there for a very long time and that character means a lot to me just because of how funny it is and all those people are so talented so that will be a tough one, man, that will be a tough one to say goodbye to. To never have an excuse to grow my hair that big ever again will be very strange," he added.

One of the things he will miss most about making his funny cameo appearances is the fact that the whole cast acts like a giant family. "That's a family over there. Everybody's so close and so nice, everyone's found so much success," Ben told the publication. "I mean, Chris Pratt is one of the biggest movie stars in the world right now and he's still the same amazing, lovable guy I met a bunch of years ago."

So what is in store for Jean-Ralphio this season? Ben couldn't share too much, but he did drop one hint. "Something is very different with my character three years in the future," Ben teased in an interview with E! Online.

The comedy, starring Amy Poehler, Nick Offerman, Chris Pratt and Aubrey Plaza will be back in 2015 as a midseason pickup on NBC.
