Brooklyn Nine-Nine star/creator Andy Samberg stopped by his old friend Seth Meyers' NBC Late Night program just last night to discuss the Season 2 premiere of his current FOX hit, which airs this coming Sunday, Sept. 28, at 8:30 p.m.

The two Saturday Night Live alums dished a bit on Brooklyn Nine-Nine's second season, which Samberg claims they've already shot eight episodes of. He then told the host that The Office's Ed Helms, Eva Longoria, Kyra Sedgwick, Terrell Owens and former SNL player Jenny Slate will all appear in the upcoming season.

Immediately afterwards, Meyers brought up Samberg's suddenly switched up schedule – a complete 180 from his SNL days – as well as a couple of unaired SNL characters the actor had come up. In fact, one was based the fact that he was always sick around the offices –– an aftereffect of his lack-of-sleep.

Check out part one of the interview below:

Following the SNL-Brooklyn Nine-Nine discussion, the Late Night host brought up the fact that Samberg has labeled Meyers' dog Frisbee one of the ugliest things he's ever seen –– saying the dog is less cute than a rock.

Well, you tell us:

Finally, Samberg chatted up the new offices held by his comedy-music cohorts The Lonely Island, which Meyers calls "amazingly awesome" –– largely due to the fact that the new Lonely Island offices once belonged to singer-songwriter Babyface.

Don't forget about the Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2 premiere this coming Sunday, Sept. 28, at 8:30 p.m. on FOX and Late Night with Seth Meyers on NBC weeknights at 12:35 a.m.
