Devious Maids star Roselyn Sánchez originally got her break as a dancer on the Puerto Rican variety show Qué Vacilón, so starting her daughter Sebella Rose dancing before age 3 is not that far-fetched.

In fact, the bilingual actress is pushing for her daughter to have a dance background.

"I'm obsessed with Sebella having some kind of dance background. She doesn't need to be a professional dancer, but I want her, as a part of her life, to be able to have a dance foundation," the 41-year-old actress told People at an event for Pampers in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Sebella, 2, officially landed her first dancing gig, helping to promote Pampers's new, nationwide dance campaign for kids.

"It's called #BabyGotMoves. They want kids, when they first get up in the morning and they're dry, to celebrate and just dance like crazy and use the crib as a dance floor," Sánchez said.

The Puerto Rico native told Latina magazine that in addition to dancing, her daughter is interested in makeup.

"She loves it! I always find her in my makeup case and she says, 'Makeup! Makeup!' It's a nightmare sometimes and I have to take the products away because when she grabs them, she likes to open everything and make a mess. But we have fun with it, too. She makes this face with her lips pursed," she explained to Latina in 2013.

Sánchez, who currently stars on Devious Maids on Lifetime and the Spanish-language comedy series Familia en Venta on MundoFox, wants her daughter to have the world. In order to do so, she wants her to learn how to speak Spanish and English.

"Bringing up Sebella, we always agreed she would be fully bilingual. We don't want her to speak 90 percent English and 10 percent Spanish or vice versa. This little girl is going to speak both languages and without an accent because we feel this is extremely valuable in life," she told the publication.

With a healthy child, a happy marriage and two successful shows, Sánchez is grateful for everything she has.

"Listen, I'm 41, and I have a TV show for both markets, I have a beautiful, healthy child, I have a great marriage. Life is so good. Like they say, 40 is the new 30," the actress told Latino Fox News in August.
