The 2014 NFL season is four weeks in, fast approaching the fifth-week games, and we're starting to learn a lot about the QBs around the league. The quarterback is arguably the most vital player, and the star man can go from hero to zero in what seems to be a matter of weeks. This QB assessment focuses on E.J. Manuel, Teddy Bridgewater, Johnny Manziel, Tony Romo, Matt Ryan and Ryan Tannehill. Some of these QBs look set to be the real deal, while some just don't seem to fit in on their team anymore.

Manuel has been benched by the Buffalo Bills, arguably one of the worst teams in the NFL, and it has thrown his career in to doubt, or at the very least thrown his career as a starter in to doubt. Manziel is yet to have a chance to prove himself, but the Cleveland Browns seem more than satisfied with his progress.

Strangely, Bridgewater has his chance to impress, being named the starting QB, and he's started at an elite level, setting the tone at an all-time high. Can he become a top-level QB, or was it rookie luck? Romo and Ryan are showing glimpses of elite level QB, but often let their teams down, making them ponder what moves they should make, and making them question whether they should stand by their men.

Perhaps the biggest shock is Tannehill, who continues to grow, and looks like he might become the best QB the Miami Dolphins have had since Dan Marino retired.

Which QB do you like, and which do you dislike?
