The MakeupGenius app, available now for iOS platforms (Android app available in late 2014) offers you an instant makeover by using advanced facial mapping technology, similar to that used in the gaming industry. After more than seven years of research, RT Track 64 facial-tracking-algorism technology was patented, delivering the most precise facial recognition through a live mirror camera. This allows you to use the front-facing camera on your mobile device as a virtual mirror.

You can try on makeup products of your choice or those specifically chosen for you by L'Oreal experts. Browse through a library of looks from expert makeup artists or play around with any products that may catch your eye. After you've 'applied' your makeup the app will follow your movement and angles, in real time, allowing you to see what it would look like from any perspective, in any light.
